At   this   event   Susan   Kee   and      Colonel Lisa    Craig,    Commander    of    the    433rd Mission   Support   Group   Lackland   AFB Texas,     presented     the     18th     Fighter Wing    Korean    War    Veterans    with    the Ambassador   for   Peace   Medal   which   is a   commemorative   medal   produced   by the       Korean       Government       as       an expression   of   gratitude   and   honor   to America's Korean War Veterans. The    18th    Fighter    Bomber    Wing    was one   of   the   first   US   Air   Force   units   to engage   in   the   Korean   War   during   the insurgence of the war.
